Pentru ca e bogat in sodiu, pune mai putina sare pe cartofi.<br />-Ketchup: o lingura de 20 g = 20 kcal. Acest tip de sos iti ofera o cantitate bogata de licopen.<br />-Maioneza: o lingura de 30 g= 215 kcal. Alege maioneza light, pentru ca, astfel, vei consuma cu 50% mai putine calorii.</p>

<p>          <img src="http://www.femei-moderne.ro/images/articles/big/9b0cl-obezitatea-se-transmite-genetic.jpeg" title="Obezitatea se transmite genetic" alt="Obezitatea se transmite genetic" class="middle_img" /> Cercetari de ultima ora, facute de o echipa de specialisti francezi si englezi, au concluzionat ca luarea in greutate si obezitatea sunt legate foarte strans de genetica. S-a dovedit ca principala cauza a obezitatii este leegata de prezenta anumitor gene. Epidemia obezitatii care a cuprins toate tarile industrializate, este legata, mai ales, de dezechilibrele alimentare si sedentarism. Dar cercetatorii afirma ca 70% din greutatea fiecarui om este determinat de ereditate. Se pare ca trei gene sunt implicate direct in problemele de supragreutate sau obezitate. Aceste gene actioneaza mai mult asupra apetitului si a senzatiei de satietate, decat asupra stocarii de grasimi.

Cu siguranta poate deveni plictisitor sa faci acelasi lucru saptamana dupa saptamana. Ceva nou s-ar putea sa te faca sa te simti mult mai bine. Iti aduci aminte de cat de mult te distrezi vara atunci cand te duci la mare sau in piscina? Apa poate face foart emult bine siluetei si starii de spirit. Sunt multe persoane care beneficiaza de exercitiile in apa. Acestea iti vor lucra fiecare muschi al corpului. Ceea ce trebuie sa stii este ca la inceput te vei simti foarte obosia. De aceea trebuie sa incepi exercitiile intr-o apa linistita. Fa cateva intinderi, lucreaza-ti bratele si mergi putin. Apoi incearca sa faci putin jogging in apa. Incearca sa faci ceea ce faceai la exercitiile fizice de la sala. Incepe incet si apoi creste ritmul. Un astfel de exercitiu ar trebui sa dureze aproximativ 30-40 de minute.</p>

Exista atat de multe fructe si legume disponibile asa ca vei gasi cu siguranta ceva de gustul tau. Asigura-te ca ai suficiente proteine in corp si incepe sa bei cel putin 2 litri de apa in fiecare zi pentru ca deshidratarea nu este buna pentru pielea ta, sau pentru energia ta.<br />Aranjeaza-ti programul in asa fel incat sa ai suficient timp pentru exercitii. Daca nu iti programezi timpul pentru exercitii, vei gasi foarte multe scuze sa treci peste ele. De asemenea, pastreaza un jurnal de exercitii si scrie daca te-ai simtit mai bine la sfarsitul acestora. Uneori poti gasi foarte multa motivatie in a te intoarce si a citi jurnalul.<br />Combina exercitiile cardio cu exercitii de rezistenta pentru a te asigura ca nu numai pierzi in greutate, dar ca iti si tonifici muschii. Incearca sa gasesti un exercitiu pentru fiecare zona cu probleme pentru a te putea concentra asupra unei zone specifice de muschi. Daca nu esti sigura ce fel de exercitii sunt bune pentru tine vorbeste cu un antrenor de la o sala de gimnastica pentru a-ti explica ce se faci si ce sa nu faci.<br />Convinvge o prietena sa mearga cu tine. Va fi mai placut.</p>

Tuturora ne place sa purtam fuste scurte sau pantaloni stamti, dar nu putem din cauza celulitei. In afara faptului ca nu este deloc estetic, este si foarte nesanatos. Cel mai trist lucru este acela ca nu poti folosi o crema miraculoasa sau o lotiune de corp care sa te ajute sa scapi de celulita. Insa, exista si un lucru bun. Acelea sunt tratamentele spa care au un rezultat dublu: te vor ajuta sa scapi de aspectul de coaja de portocala si iti vor permite sa atingi relaxarea. Se pare ca aceste tratamente dau rezultate nemaipomenite. Bineinteles, o piele perfecta nu se atinge dupa prima sedinta. Dureaza ceva timp dar rezultatele sunt pur si simplu uimitoare.</p>
